Eventually, when Harry lashed out at Dumbledore in his office, Dumbledore had no choice but to send him to learn Occlumency with Snape.

How did Dumbledore escape the aurors and the Minister?

Dumbledore is considered to be one of the most gifted wizards to have ever lived. Did Harry become the snake in the Order of the Phoenix?

No, Harry did not become the snake in the Order of the Phoenix. He just dreamt of an event occurring in real-time, in which he was the snake that attacked Mr. Weasley.
