‘Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince‘ by J. K. Rowling is one of the most immersive books of the series as it delves very deeply into the characters of the series and the relationships between them. Furthermore, it does great justice to the antagonist Voldemort by portraying his childhood in an empathetic light than a negative one. Even Draco Malfoy’s character eventually shows his good side and therefore adds dimension to both his own character arc and to the plot of the book.
