Wylla Manderly is a member of House Manderly and is the second daughter of Ser Wylis Manderly, son and heir to Lord Wyman Manderly. He travels with his younger brother Ser Wendel, Lady Catelyn Stark, Ser Brynden Tully, and Ser Rodrik Cassel to Moat Cailin, where Robb gathers his army.

After King Robb’s death and Ser Wylis’s capture, the Iron Throne oversees Wylla’s betrothal to Little Walder Frey, a squire of Ramsay Bolton, as part of the terms of White Harbor’s pardon. Lord Davos Seaworth arrives at the merman’s court in White Harbor with terms of an alliance between the Manderlys and Stannis Baratheon. 

Davos calls for the vengeance of House Stark and Robb, and Wylla supports him, stating her true feelings towards everything that has happened. When she refuses to marry Little Walder, Lord Manderly threatens to send her to the Silent Sisters, but she talks of the oaths and promises of loyalty made by House Manderly to the Starks of Winterfell. She talks about how the wolves took care of the Manderlys when they had nothing and the debt White Harbor owes.

Wylla’s mother drags her from court, and Wyman orders Davos’s arrest. Lord Manderly later meets the Onion Knight and tells him how impressed he is with his granddaughter. Wyman stages Davos’s execution but frees him from the Wolf’s Den and asks for some conditions before he supports Stannis. Meanwhile, Little Walder Frey dies in Winterfell, ending his engagement to Wylla.

As the War of the Five Kings ended, the political atmosphere of the Seven Kingdoms was in shambles. House Stark got defeated, and nothing remained of their legacy. However, Wylla was a girl who stood up and reaffirmed the deeds the mighty northern house did for the Manderlys.
